Yeah, they both are in a bit of trouble at the moment, though for completely different reasons. Rose is in more danger then the Doctor though as she has never connected to someone's mind before and does not have the defenses she needs to protect herself. If the connection isn't broken, who knows what will happen to her.

Rose doesn't think of the Doctor because, in her mind, he wasn't in any danger. I tried to impart that a bit towards the end when she kept denying that what Jack was telling her could be true. Must not have done a decent enough job though. Sorry about that.
