Butterflies don't even begin to cover it

This whole house-hunting thing went a lot faster then I thought it would. Yes, I was obsessed from the beginning and had absolutely no patience...typical me that. But now? Now, if by some miracle everything goes perfectly (which it probably won't, but still) we could be moving into my almost dream house in a months time!

I'm getting a little ahead of myself though and maybe I should back up a bit and start at the beginning.
