Well, today was my first day back at work after having surgery.
The two week break was nice but I was definitely ready to get out of the house and away from the kids for awhile. Of course, after being able to stay up late and sleep in for so long it was a little difficult getting back into the swing of things. I couldn't get to sleep till well after midnight last night which did not help at all. I got about halfway through my shift and felt like I needed a nap! It was a good day though.
Unfortunately, I'm going to have less time now to be online and to work on my story. I only work three days a week so it won't be too bad, except in August the other secretary is taking a couple months off for maternity leave and I'll be full time for a bit. At least I'll be bringing in about double the pay I am now, which will be nice.

Anyway, I'm off to try to respond to some comments and e-mails. Hopefully I won't fall asleep before I'm done! :)

So you're all healthy and completely fit again? :)

I feel 100% back to normal and have actually for over a week now.
Unfortunately I'm being yelled at and told that I cannot help move because I shouldn't be lifting any heavy boxes. Now I know that I am supposed to avoid heavy lifting for six weeks but that doesn't mean I can't carry anything! No one wants to listen though and I have a feeling I'll be sitting on the sidelines watching when we move. *sigh*
